- A two night stay on weekends is REQUIRED when booking the Side Oats Cottage, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

- Full refund upon cancellation two weeks prior to reservation. Refund will be in the form of a check. If credited backed to credit card a 10% refund fee will apply.
- No shows, shortening the length of stay and early departures will be charged the full amount of any reservation and will be charged to the credit card provided.
- Gift certificates for a different reservation date if cancelled during the two weeks prior to reservation
- Please call for rates for groups, day use, fund raisers, retreats, weddings or personalized weekend packages and gift certificates.
