Breakfasts are made with local organic farm fresh eggs, organic fruit and veggies out of the garden. We are happy to accommodate vegans, vegetarians and special diets.

Dinner

Enjoy a catered dinner at the Mt. Gainor Inn under the pavilion or in our dining room and enjoy the views of the Texas Hill Country. After a long day, arriving guests greatly enjoy a home style dinner. Please let us know at the time of your reservation if you would prefer to have dinner at the Inn.  (Dinner orders must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival date).

Breakfast and dinner can be served in the following suites:  Side Oats, Mtn Laurel and La Posada only, no exceptions. For this service, a $25 surcharge will be added to your reservation for breakfast or dinner served in these suites. Prices do not include tax.

Chicken and Prosciutto Pasta  Traditional King Ranch Casserole 
Hearty and filling this casserole combines spices and a clever mixture of marinara and Alfredo sauces. Prosciutto and capers add an inviting gourmet touch. $15 Made with roasted chicken, corn tortillas, creamy soups, cheese, green Chile peppers and tomatoes. Available spicy or mild. $15
 Chicken Pot Pie Chicken Enchiladas
White wine, tarragon, and shallots are just some of the savory ingredients folded in a golden brown puff pastry. $15 Flour tortillas filled with chicken breast and cream cheese, covered with Chipotle sauce and 3 cheeses. Side of refried beans Lip smackin’ good. $20
Pecan Crusted Rainbow Trout Roasted Garlic and Herb Talapia
Enjoy the exquisite taste of Rainbow Trout. Your choice of either pecan or parmesan crusted with Tossed Salad or Seasonal Vegetables. $20.00 Lightly breaded crust compliments the savory flavor of the Talapia. Tossed Salad or Seasonal Vegetables. $20
Baked Ziti with Three Cheeses Chicken and Walnut Salad
This creamy commingling of tangy gorgonzola, nutty Fontina, and sharp Parmesan cheese is full of flavor and is one of guests’ favorites. Leftovers are hardly common. $15 Parmesan grilled chicken on top of baby greens with pineapple and chutney dressing. Served with pita bread to make sure you can get every bite. $12
