Mt. Gainor Inn in Hays County, Texas is conveniently located between Dripping Springs and Wimberley.

It is a short 30-minute drive southwest of Austin and 45-minute drive northwest of San Antonio. Wimberley, Blanco, Pedernales State Park, Johnson City and Fredericksburg are only 20-45 minutes away.

For the Military, Fort Hood and Lackland AFB are approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours away.

Directions:  Take US 290 into Dripping Springs. Turn on Creek Road (Pioneer Bank is at the corner), go 1 mile to the intersection of Roger Hanks and Creek Road. Turn left continuing on Creek Road and go 0.5 mile to low water bridge, cross bridge and continue 0.6 mile to "Y" of Mt. Gainor Road (CR220) and Creek Road - stay to left on Mt Gainor Rd (CR220). (Do not cross creek a second time) Continue 2.1 miles to Prochnow Road (CR195). Turn right on Prochnow Road and the Inn will be 2.6 miles on the right. We will be happy to e-mail you a map.
